HOW CAN I USE A BORROWER'S LOAN?

For example, for buying equipment, refinancing a loan, fulfilling a contract or for any other business purpose, and you need money urgently. To get a loan from Balkanika, you do not need a large package of documents, and the application will take 1 day to be processed.

Loan amount from 1 000 Euro.

Annual interest rate 10% - 36%

Loan agreement term from 3 to 18 months; for financing of development projects loan agreement term up to 36 months

Repayment schedule: payment of interest monthly, principal at the end of the term or individual repayment schedule

Application review period 1-2 days

Investment pool recruitment period 1 - 12 months

Average platform fee 2% of the loan amount

Loan disbursement takes place after registration of the mortgage in the Real Estate Registry

 

Basic requirements to the borrower

The borrower can be a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur, or individuals.

The borrower's financial condition and projected cash flow allows timely fulfillment of obligations

Absence of current account restrictions

The borrower and founders are not in bankruptcy proceedings

Requirements to the pledge and the pledgee.

Pledge object - commercial premises, apartments, country real estate, land plots are considered on an individual basis

The object is evaluated

The pledgee may be an individual, a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur.

The pledgee may be a 3rd party

The pledgee must not have significant judicial and executive proceedings, as well as must not be in bankruptcy proceedings.

Only the director and/or founder of the Borrower, as well as their close relatives, may act as the Pledgee (individual) of residential real estate.

The age of the Pledgee (individual) is from 21 to 65 years old.

When pledging residential real estate, the object may have registered persons.

Assessment of the market value of the object is based on an expert appraisal by an independent appraiser.

Stop factors on pledged objects

Registration in the mortgaged object of the previous owner of the property.

Ownership of the object for less than 1 year, if the market value is more than twice the contractual value.

The real estate object is received under a gift agreement and one of the following conditions is met:

- No family relationship between the donor and the recipient of the object;

- The age of the donor is more than 75 years old;

- Previous ownership of less than 1 year.

The object is received by bequest and one of the following conditions is met:

- Previous ownership is less than 1 year and there is no family relationship;

- There is a family relationship and the previous ownership is less than 1 year

The object was acquired under a privatization contract/ certificate from the condominium of the tenants and the presence in the mortgaged object of persons registered at the time of privatization
