What you check before you invest

Every company on the platform comes with information you analyse yourself. Due diligence starts here — you invest on numbers, not on trust.

01

Financial history

Revenue, operating profit, debt — over recent years. You check whether the business generates cash or consumes capital.
02

Funding purpose

Geographic expansion, new equipment, seasonal working capital. You understand why the company needs money right now.
03

Guarantees

What secures repayment: assets, mortgages, personal guarantees, contracted cash flow. You assess real coverage.
04

Risks

What can go wrong: dependence on one client, seasonality, competition, adverse scenarios. Each project describes risks explicitly.

Honest about risks

Investing in existing businesses is not a guaranteed deposit. A company may record losses, delay payments or, in extreme cases, cause partial capital loss. Each project has financial statements, a risk note and guarantees described transparently. Investor funds go through a fiduciary bank (escrow) account. Only invest amounts you can afford to lock for the project term.

Frequently asked questions

All questions

You invest capital in a company that already has activity, customers and revenue — not in an unproven startup. The company uses the funding for expansion, equipment or working capital, and you receive interest or dividends per the contract.

From €50 per project. You can start with a small amount, track the company's performance, then grow your portfolio.

Financial history, revenue, profit, debt, funding purpose, guarantees offered and identified risks. All are available on the project page before you invest.

A separate account where investor funds stay until they are released to the company after conditions are met. They are not mixed with the platform's or the beneficiary's operating accounts.

Depending on the project: periodic interest + capital at term, or profit participation. The payment schedule is visible before you invest.

Business risk: the company may underperform, delay payments or, in rare cases, enter insolvency. Each project has a risk note, financial statements and described guarantees. Diversify and only invest amounts you can afford to lock.
